Refund Policy Statement

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Finicashi ("we," "our," or "us") will process refunds for transactions made on our platform.
1. Investment Refunds
A user may request a refund of their initial investment. The conditions for this refund are as follows:
- The request must be submitted in writing (email or in-app support ticket) to our support team.
- The user must not have made any withdrawal (for any amount) from their Finicashi account. This includes the withdrawal of daily bonuses, referral commissions, or any other earnings.
- If the user has made any withdrawal, they are considered to have accepted the investment terms and conditions, and the principal amount is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once approved.
✅ Refund eligibility: A refund of your initial investment is only possible if you have not made any withdrawal from your Finicashi account. If you have withdrawn any amount (bonuses or returns), your principal is no longer refundable.
2. Bill Payments and Airtime Purchases
- No Refunds for bill payments (water, electricity, TV) or the purchase of data, airtime, SMS bundles, or WiFi services can be processed once the transaction is completed.
- The user accepts full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the account details and the amount specified before confirming payment. Any errors in submission are the responsibility of the user.
3. Loan Cancellation (Cooling Off)
- For certain loans that qualify under the UMRA Financial Consumer Protection Guidelines, 2019, a "cooling-off" period may apply.
- Users may cancel a qualifying loan contract within three working days of signing the agreement. The cancellation must be in writing and delivered to us.
- The user is required to repay the full amount of the loan, plus any administrative fees for costs reasonably incurred by Finicashi, which shall not exceed 5% of the loan value.
